2)Your banner must be 88x31. We won't resize we will just decline it.
3)Your site must have 5+ members.
4)Our banner must be up first. 24 hours limit. If it isn't up by then it's declined.
5)Please make the banner readable. No unbearable flashing text. Some is some isn't. Animated banners are fine, as long as they don't blind us.
6)Post in the correct section or your request is automatically deleted.
